Merry Berry Heaven

• 4 serving size strawberry gelatin (may use sugar free)
• 34 cup boiling water
• 1 cup Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
• 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
• 12 cup ocean spray cranberry juice cocktail
• 2 cups thawed Cool Whip
• 9 inches baked pie shells, cool

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add cranberry sauce and rind; add juice.
3. Chill until thickened.
4. Fold in whipped topping.
5. Chill again until mixture will mound.
6. Pour into pie shell.
7. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
8. Garnish with cranberries, if desired.
