Chinese Cabbage Salad

  1. Dressing: Mix together, shake well and chill.
  2. Mix together Ramen noodles (break them up as much as possible), almonds and sesame seeds.
  3. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  4. Check often to make sure they don't burn.
  5. Mix greens, noodle mix, and dressing just before serving.
  6. If made ahead, it can get soggy.
