1-2-3 Snickerdoodles

• 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix (Golden Butter Yellow or White, I use Pillsbury)
• 2 eggs
• 12 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• cinnamon-sugar mixture

1. Beat cake mix, eggs, oil and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
2. Let set in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set.
3. Roll into balls and cover with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
4. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F
5. It's just that easy!
6. Enjoy!
7. For Christmas I use the Golden Butter Chocolate Cake Mix and add Andes Candies chips.
