Chicken Pot Pie (3ww Points!)
- 1 lb skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 8 ounces 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
- 1 cup skim milk

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- In a 9x13 glass casserole dish, evenly spread the thawed vegetables and cubed chicken breast.

- Mix the soup and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the vegetables and chicken in the pan.

- Mix the Bisquick and skim milk and evenly pour over the mixture in the pan.
- 5.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until top is a light brown color.
