- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1-1/2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced

- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Spread ATHENOS hummus evenly in pita pockets; arrange avocado and cucumber evenly in pockets.
- Serving size is 2 halves.
