Super Bowl Cookie Bars
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine, (melted)
- 1- 14 oz. can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. butterscotch chips or Reeses peanut butter chips
- 1- 3 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Preheat oven 350 degrees, for glass dish 375 degrees. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine.
- Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 in. baking dish or pan.
- Pour eagle brand milk evenly over crust.
- Top evenly with remaining ingredients. Press down firmly.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes for until browned.
- Cool, or chill thoroughly if desired cut into bars.
- Store loosely at room temperature.
