Sausage Hash
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 2 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1 medium onion, cut into eighths
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 pound Kielbasa or smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add potatoes and onion.
- Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
- Stir in broccoli and sausage.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until broccoli is crisply tender and sausage is heated through.
