Luscious Lemon Angel Cake

  1. Using a serrated knife, cut cake horiontally into three layers.
  2. Place bottom layer,cut side up, on a serving plate.
  3. Place lemon pie filling in medium bowl; stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread 1/3 of lemon mixture on bottom layer.
  6. Place the next cake layer.
  7. Spread another 1/3 of lemon mixture over middle layer; add top layer.
  8. Frost top of cake with remaining lemon mixture.
  9. Refrigerate until serving time.
  10. In another medium bowl, combine strawberries and kiwi fruit; cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  11. To serve, cut cake into 12 slices.
  12. spoon 1/3 cup fruit over each slice of cake.
