Hungarian Beef Stew - Slow Cooker Style

  1. Mix all ingredients except sour cream and noodles in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cook and cover on low 8 hours until tender.
  3. Turn off cooker and stir in sour cream until well blended.
  4. Cook noodles of your choice and serve over.
