Amaretto Panna Cotta

  1. Soak gelatin in water.
  2. Place cream, vanilla beans and ameretto in a pot; bring to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatin.
  4. Pour into ramekins or small molds.
  5. Chill for 12 hours.
  6. To serve, place ramekin in shallow dish of hot water for 5 seconds, then turn upside-down onto a cold plate.
