BLT Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes in 2-qt.
  2. microwaveable casserole.
  3. Add water; cover with lid.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 min.
  5. or just until potatoes are tender; stir.
  6. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  7. Drain potatoes; rinse with cold water.
  8. Drain again.
  9. Mix mayo, chives and vinegar in large bowl until blended.
  10. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
