Easy Juicy Pork Wraps with Scallions in the Microwave

  1. Fold the scallions in half.
  2. Salt and pepper the pork lightly, and wrap the scallions.
  3. You could make 7 or 8 wraps.
  4. Put on a microwave-safe plate.
  5. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500W.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with ponzu sauce.
  7. The scallions are so sweet that it melts into the pork.
