Easy Juicy Pork Wraps with Scallions in the Microwave
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 2 bunches Scallions
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 to taste, Ponzu
- Fold the scallions in half.
- Salt and pepper the pork lightly, and wrap the scallions.
- You could make 7 or 8 wraps.
- Put on a microwave-safe plate.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500W.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with ponzu sauce.
- The scallions are so sweet that it melts into the pork.
