The Junk Food Fighter

  1. Mix dressing and flax seed.
  2. Toss kale and cabbage in large bowl.
  3. Add beans, peppers and pomegranate seeds; toss lightly.
  4. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
  5. Top with cheese and nuts.
