Balls of Raw Energy
- 100 g dates
- 100 g pecans
- 100 g quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons water
- Put the dates into a big mixing bowl.
- Using a rotary cheese grater, grate the pecans into the bowl.
- Use a strong fork to cream together the dates & pecans.
- Add the oats (small rolled oats, not jumbo) and water.
- Knead the dough together.
- Scoop up the dough 1 teaspoon at a time and roll into little balls.
