Teriyaki BBQ Chicken Wraps
- 6 cups Bull's-Eye Trailblazin' Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
- 3 cups salsa
- 3 cups canned crushed pineapple, drained
- boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 12 cups red and green pepper, thinly sliced
- 6 cups onion, thinly sliced Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 1/4 cups olive oil
- 24 flour tortilla
- 6 cups Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese

- Combine barbecue sauce, salsa and pineapple.
- Saute chicken, pepper and onion in oil over high heat until meat is cooked through.
- Add barbecue sauce mixture; simmer 5 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into warmed tortillas; sprinkle with cheese and roll up.
- Serve with a side of sour cream.
