Pork Chop Bake Microwave Recipe
- 1 can (16 ounce.) sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) condensed cream of chicken/mushroom soup, undiluted
- Combine sauerkraut, onion and brown sugar in a 12 x 8 inch microwave dish.
- Toss lightly with fork.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper if you like.
- Arrange chops over sauerkraut with meaty portions toward out side of dish.
- Top with soup.
- Microwave 18 min on '8', or possibly till pork chops are fork tender.
