Appetizer Meatballs

  1. Chop the small onion into small pieces.
  2. Add all the sauce ingredients and stir in a large sauce pan until combined.
  3. Add the frozen Italian meatballs.
  4. Simmer for 2 hours on the stove top.
  5. The sauce will be thick and cling to the meatballs after 2 hours.
  6. I have used up to 60 meatballs in this recipe, but wouldnt want to use more than that.
  7. I would use 2 pans if you need to double this recipe, as the sauce may not thicken enough if doubled in one pan.
