Easy Cheesy Onion Rolls Recipe

  1. In small saucepan saute/fry onion in butter just till tender.
  2. Add in vegetable juice and water; heat to very hot.
  3. In large bowl, dissolve yeast from warm roll; fold in hot mix; stir in egg.
  4. Add in flour mix and cheese; blend well.
  5. Cover; let rise in hot place till light and doubled in size, 30-45 min.
  6. Generously grease 16 muffin c. or possibly 13 x 9 inch pan.
  7. On well floured surface, toss dough till no longer sticky.
  8. For muffin c., shape dough into 48 one inch balls; place 4 in each greased muffin c.. For 13 inch pan, shape dough into 15 equal pcs and place in greased pan.
  9. Cover; let rise in hot place till light and doubled in size 30-45 min.
  10. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  11. Bake 15-20 min or possibly till golden.
