Country Style Ribs
- 3 -4 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 14 cup soya sauce
- 12 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves
- Boil country style pork in slightly salted water for 2 hours.
- Prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer.
- I use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove.
- Remove pork from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of pork.
- Place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over pork.
- Cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour.
- Basting and checking frequently.You can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs.
