Country Style Ribs

  1. Boil country style pork in slightly salted water for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare sauce ( you may use less garlic if you prefer.
  3. I use minced garlic the equivalent to one clove.
  4. Remove pork from water after the 2 hours and cut any fat off of pork.
  5. Place in an oven ready dish and pour sauce over pork.
  6. Cook in 350 oven for 1/2 hour.
  7. Basting and checking frequently.You can double sauce if you prefer more saucy style ribs.
