Bite Size Pizzas Recipe

  1. Simmer sausage till half done.
  2. Add in onion and cook till sausage is done.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add in sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt, tomato paste, and tomato sauce.
  5. Simmer 15 to 20 min.
  6. Cold.
  7. Separate each biscuit into 4 layers and place on cookie sheet sprayed with "Pam."
  8. Add in sauce.
  9. Freeze on sheet, remove and place in plastic bags and freeze.
  10. When ready to serve, remove from freezer, add in mozzarella cheese to each.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
  12. Makes 80 small pizzas.
