lighter Cocoa Roll out Cookies

  1. Cream melted butter, yogurt and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add egg whites and vanilla.
  3. Stir well.
  4. In a seperate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  5. Add flour mixture to butter mixture.
  6. Mix well -- it may seem tough.it will be OK.
  7. Put cookie dough in a big ball and refridgerate for 2 hours in plastic wrap.
  8. Flour counter, seperate ball into 2 and roll dough out.
  9. Using small cookie cutters, cut out shapes and place on cookie sheet coated w/ cooking spray.
  10. Bake 5-7 minutes Under cook if you want it "fudgy".
