Holiday Poultry Stuffing Recipe

• 2 c. diced stale bread
• 1 stick butter
• 1 egg
• 1 c. boiling water
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• Dash of pepper
• Dash of nutmeg
• 1 scraped apple
• Sprinkle of poultry seasoning
• 1 stalk diced celery
• 1 med. onion
• 1 egg

1. Toss all ingredients together and stuff bird.
