Super Sauteed Summer Squash

  1. In a large skillet heat the olive oil over med heat.
  2. Add the onion, squash, garlic and tomato and saute for 10 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Add the red pepper flakes, basil and salt and remove from heat.
  4. Serve with parmesan if desired.
