Health Salad Recipe
- 4-5 delicious apples
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 section sm. cabbage, shredded fine
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. crushed pineapple (including juice)
- 2-3 tbsp. Miracle Whip salad dressing (heaping spoonfuls)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- Wash apples; don't peel; cut into quarters; core and dice.
- Place in a bowl and add in the crushed pineapple and juice to keep apples from turning brown while preparing other ingredients.
- Toss often.
- Add in celery, carrot, cabbage, raisins and healthy pinch of salt.
- Add in salad dressing and toss all together.
- Add in sugar to desired sweetness.
- Refrigerateand toss before serving.
- Serves 4-6.
