Weight Watcher's Stir N Roll Pastry Recipe
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. cool lowfat milk
- Mix flour and salt.
- Pour Wesson oil and lowfat milk into one measuring c. and mix with fork; add in all at once to center of flour.
- Stir with fork to mix.
- Press into smooth ball, flattened slightly.
- Place between two pcs of waxed paper.
- Place paper-side-up in pie plate.
- Flute edge.
- Prick thoroughly with fork.
- Bake 8 to 10 min at 400 degrees.
- Cold and add in filling.
- (The nice thing about this crust is which tears made while rolling and shaping in pie plate can be easily mended by just pinching dough back together.
- Double recipe for double crust pie.)
