Warm Your Body! Seared Japanese Leek and Ginger Soup

  1. Chop the Japanese leek into 5 cm lengths, and julienne the ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pot, add the Japanese leek, and sear until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger, and briefly stir-fry.
  4. Add water and Weipa.
  5. When the Japanese leek becomes soft, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
