Warm Your Body! Seared Japanese Leek and Ginger Soup
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 thumb Ginger (julienne)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 8 grams Weipa
- 400 ml Water
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Chop the Japanese leek into 5 cm lengths, and julienne the ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pot, add the Japanese leek, and sear until golden brown.
- Add ginger, and briefly stir-fry.
- Add water and Weipa.
- When the Japanese leek becomes soft, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
