Southwest Chili-Beef & Cheese Stuffing Bake

• 1-1/2 cups hot water
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
• 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
• 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
• 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
3. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
4. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, salsa and oregano.
5. Spoon into 2-qt.
6. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese.
7. Cover with stuffing.
8. Bake 30 min.
9. or until heated through.
