Sol's Bites
- 12 cup peanut butter or 12 cup almond butter
- 12 cup toasted wheat germ
- 12 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, sesame, flax, ground cereal, etc.)
- 14 cup honey
- 12 cup cocoa powder or 12 cup carob powder
- unsweetened coconut, finely shredded
- Mix everything together.
- Form into small (approx.
- 1") balls and roll in the coconut to coat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
