String/Green Beans Salad

  1. Cook your string beans and then cool in cold water.
  2. Add oil and vinegar as you would for any salad.
  3. Toss.
  4. Add 1 thinly sliced or minced clove of garlic.
  5. Shake on some oregano (to taste).
  6. Add fresh (or dried) cut up mint leaves.
  7. Chill thoroughly.
  8. If needed add salt & pepper to taste.
