Blum's Coffee Toffee Pie Recipe

  1. FILLING...With electric mixer, beat butter in a large bowl till light & fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in the sugar, beating on high speed.
  3. Beat in instant coffee & melted chocolate.
  4. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating on high speed 5 min after each egg.
  5. Spread filling proportionately in cooled pie shell.
  6. Cover & chill at least 6 hrs before serving.
  7. TOPPING...With electric mixer, beat cream, powdered sugar & instant coffee in a large bowl till stiff peaks form.
  8. Drop dollops of cream around edges of pie.
  9. Arrange a few chocolate curls in center.
  10. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
