Microwave for 3 Minutes Fresh Tomato Soup

  1. Use a knife remove the stem.
  2. Turn over the tomato and cut into quarters.
  3. Put the tomato, olive oil, consomme boullion into the microwaveable cup and loosely cover the cup with saran wrap.
  4. Microwave for 3 minutes (at 500 W).
  5. After cooking the tomato, remove its skin.
  6. Gently crush with the back of a spoon.
  7. Add freshly ground pepper to your liking to complete the dish.
