Microwave for 3 Minutes Fresh Tomato Soup
- 1 Ripened tomato
- 1 tsp Powdered consomme bullion
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 Freshly ground pepper (to your liking)
- Use a knife remove the stem.
- Turn over the tomato and cut into quarters.
- Put the tomato, olive oil, consomme boullion into the microwaveable cup and loosely cover the cup with saran wrap.
- Microwave for 3 minutes (at 500 W).
- After cooking the tomato, remove its skin.
- Gently crush with the back of a spoon.
- Add freshly ground pepper to your liking to complete the dish.
