Mexican Stack Ups Recipe
- 2 pound grnd beef (brown and drain)
- 1 pkg. sloppy joe mix
- 1 pkg. chili mix
- 1 minced onion
- Rice, cooked
- Diced tomatoes
- Olives
- Melted cheese sauce (1 pound cheese, 1 sm. can lowfat milk)
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 sm. cans tomato sauce
- 3 cans water
- 1 lg. pkg. Doritos
- Minced lettuce
- Chopped onion
- Warm sauce (2 sm. cans El Paso)
- Cook first portion on low fire 3 to 4 hrs.
- Is better cooked beforehand and heated before serving.
- Serve in order; crushed Doritos, rice, minced lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, melted cheese sauce and meat sauce.
