Ravoli Skillet
- 1 lb ground beef
- 34 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 ounce deli ham, chopped
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 34 cup water
- 1 (25 ounce) packagefrozen cheese, ravoli
- 4 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper, and ham over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, and drain.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce, and water and bring to a boil.
- Add ravoli, reduce heat , cover and simmer for 7-9 minutes or until ravoli is tender, stirring once.
- Sprinkle cheese.
- Simmer uncovered 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
