Healthy & Satisfying Yakiniku Salad Udon

  1. Saute the sliced pork in a frying pan.
  2. Mix together the gochujang and yakiniku sauce and add to the pan.
  3. Coat the pork in the mixture.
  4. Add the sesame oil for fragrance.
  5. Boil the udon, then cool well in cold water.
  6. Spread out on a plate.
  7. Top the udon from Step 2 with the vegetables as in the picture for a neat presentation.
  8. As in the picture, arrange the meat on top in the shape of a doughnut, then fill in the center with the egg yolk.
  9. Finally, top with the mentsuyu and serve!
