Beer Biscuits Recipe

• 2 c. biscuit mix
• 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
• 6 ounce. hot beer

1. Dissolve sugar in the beer and add in it to the biscuit mix.
2. Mix the dough as you would with any biscuit mix and bake.
3. Place in greased pan and bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 min.
4. If you make biscuits from scratch, add in the beer instead of the liquid called for in the recipe.
5. Be sure to add in the amount of sugar as listed above.
