Polish Cheese Spread with Radish

• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 large radish, sliced into matchsticks
• Salt

1. In a medium bowl, add the cottage cheese and sliced radish and mix well.
2. Season to taste with salt.
3. Serve with rye bread.
