AMIEs Sugar MINT Leaves

• 18 to 20 mint leaves
• 2 egg whites, beaten as meringue
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 baking paper

1. Whisk the egg whites and paint mint leaves.
2. Dip the leaves into the sugar.
3. Put them in your baking paper to dry.
4. Once its dry, you can decorate your cake with these sugar mint leaves.
