Roasted Pepper Salsa Dip
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canchunky pasta-style tomatoes, undrained
- 23 cup drained finely chopped roasted sweet red pepper (packed in water)
- 12 cup thinly sliced green onion (about 2 large)
- 14 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro or 14 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
- 1 -2 teaspoon hot sauce
- Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
- Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
