Easy Monkey Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut all biscuits into quarter pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Coat all biscuits with the cinnamon sugar mixture
  5. Arrange all pieces in a cake or bundt pan.
  6. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and bitter and heat until the sugar and butter dissolve amd make a syrup.
  7. You may add the rasins and pecans at this point to the syrup if you wish.
  8. Pour the syrup evenly over the biscuits.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through.
  10. When done remove the biscuits from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  11. Invert biscuits onto a serving dish.
  12. Serve warm.
  13. Enjoy!
