Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
- 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 dash Mesquite Chicken Seasoning Salt
- 1/4 sticks Butter
- 1/2 whole Onion
- 1/2 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 4 pieces Deli Rolls
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese (any Kind, More Or Less To Your Desired Tastes)
- 1.
- Cut raw chicken into strips or chunks and season with mesquite chicken seasoning salt.
- 2.
- Melt butter in skillet and add sliced onions, cook until starting to brown.
- 3.
- Add chicken, cook until thoroughly cooked.
- Add more butter as needed.
- 4.
- Add in barbecue sauce and let cook for 5 more minutes.
- 5.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in another skillet and toast inside of the deli rolls.
- 6.
- Place chicken on rolls and add cheese as desired.
