Broiled Coconut Frosting Recipe

• 2/3 c. Brown sugar
• 1/3 c. Melted butter, or possibly margarine
• 1/3 c. Light cream
• 1 1/3 c. Flaked coconut
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla

1. Thoroughly combine brown sugar, butter, cream, coconut and vanilla.
2. Spread over a hot 9-inch square cake.
3. Brown lightly in broiler.
