Toblerone Pear Tart
- 1 (220g) frozen sweet short crust flan, thawed
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 100g TOBLERONE* Milk Chocolate, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons SR flour
- 440g can pear halves
- 50g dark chocolate, melted
- cream for serving
- Prick pastry all over with a fork then bake at 200C for 5-8 minutes or until just starting to colour.
- Allow to cool.
- Combine together the Philly* and chocolate and beat until smooth, stir through the egg and flour.
- Place the pears into the pastry base, and then pour over the chocolate filling.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Serve slices drizzled with dark chocolate and a dollop of cream.
