Toblerone Pear Tart

  1. Prick pastry all over with a fork then bake at 200C for 5-8 minutes or until just starting to colour.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Combine together the Philly* and chocolate and beat until smooth, stir through the egg and flour.
  4. Place the pears into the pastry base, and then pour over the chocolate filling.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven at 180C for 20-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Serve slices drizzled with dark chocolate and a dollop of cream.
