Kahlua Toreador

• 1 ounce Kahlua
• 2 ounces brandy
• 1 egg white
• 3 to 4 ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously, or blend in an electric blender.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. If there is a problem with eggs in your region, do not prepare this recipe containing a raw egg.
