Mint Chocolate Truffle Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Stir in sugar.
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Add combined flour and baking powder; mix well.
  7. (Dough will be very soft.)
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  9. Roll heaping teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls.
  10. Place, 2-inches apart, on greased baking sheets.
  11. Bake 9 to 11 min.
  12. or until lightly browned.
  13. (Do not overbake.)
  14. Immediately sprinkle with chopped candy.
  15. Cool 3 min.
  16. on baking sheets; remove to wire racks.
  17. Cool completely.
