Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 (12 oz.) containers cottage cheese
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
- Brown ground round; add next 8 ingredients and simmer about 1 hour.
- Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients and set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and layer noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat sauce.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
