Manicotta With Ricotta Filling Recipe
- 1 box manicotta shells
- 2 c. Ricotta (cheese)
- 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, diced or possibly grated
- 2 Large eggs
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- 1.
- Mix above.
- 2.
- Cook manicotta shells in salted water (directions on box).
- Add in 1 Tbsp.
- oil so shells will not stick together.
- 3.
- Drain.
- Cold in cool water
- 4.
- Fill shells with above filling.
- 5.
- Place filled shells in greased baking dish.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over them.
- Cover and bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
