Nyonya Prawn/Shrimp

  1. Saute lemon grass, garlic, onion and chili with
  2. vegetable oil until its turned slightly brown or when you can smell the aroma.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Then add in the coconut milk and stir until it's dried up.
  5. Lastly add in the prawns/shrimp.
  6. Cook until prawn is done.
  7. Ready to serve.
  8. This dish is meant to be dry and the sauteed ingredients will enhance the prawn's flavor.
