Thai Iced Tea
- 4 tea bags, black or orange pekoe
- 1 (12-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 orange, sliced, for garnish
- 4 ounces orange vodka (optional)
- In a large pot over high heat, bring 6 cups water to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and add the tea bags.
- Steep for 10 minutes, remove the tea bags, and let cool.
- Pour into a clean container and chill.
- Fill 4 tall glasses with ice.
- Pour the tea three-quarters of the way up and top each with sweetened condensed milk.
- Serve garnished with an orange slice.
- For the adults, top with vodka.
