Delicious Fruit Cobbler Recipe

  1. Mix sugar and cornstarch, slowly add in 2 c. juice/water in large saucepan.
  2. Add in fruit (adjust lemon juice and rind for sour cherries).
  3. Bring to boil 5 min.
  4. Pour warm mix into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
  5. Spoon Bisquick mix into warm mix: 1 1/2 c. Bisquick, 2 Tbsp.
  6. sugar, 3 Tbsp.
  7. melted butter and 1/3 c. lowfat milk.
  8. Stir till blended and drop by Tbsp.
  9. into warm mix.
  10. Serve as is or possibly with lowfat milk or possibly vanilla ice cream.
  11. (For juicy cherries add in 1/2 Tbsp.
  12. cornstarch.)
  13. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  14. Heat varies -adjust to your oven.
