Only Mix and Bake!! Matcha Cake with White Chocolate

• 3 1 Egg
• 100 grams 1 Sugar
• 100 grams 1 Heavy Cream
• 200 grams 2 Cake flour
• 1 tsp 2 Baking powder
• 3 tsp 2 Matcha
• 1 White chocolate

1. Preheat the oven to 160C.
2. Meanwhile place the ingredients marked 1 into a bowl and beat well with whisk.
3. Add the ingredients marked 2 into Step 1, and then combine well.
4. Add small chopped white chocolate and fold lightly.
5. Transfer the cake mixture to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 160C for 40 minutes.
6. Here it is!!
7. Done!
8. A beautiful green colour isnt it?
